Our Services
We, Ellen and Jim Gannon, have been in the painting business for over 12 years and pride ourselves in prompt, courteous and professional service. We are painting specialists who have spent years perfecting our skills so that our clients will be completely satisfied with our level of quality work and finished projects. We both are schooled in decorative/ faux painting techniques and Jim has done general painting for over 30 years in Sourth Jersey and the Vail Valley.
Background, Training and Experience
Ellen started out as a decorative painter while living in southern New Jersey with many seminars in PA and NJ, conventions in OH, NV and CA and private classes to strengthen and perfect her artistic and painting skills. After moving back to the Vail Valley, Ellen taught beginning decorative painting classes at Colorado Mountain Community College
Jim
owned and operated his own successful landscaping business in South Jersey
for 11 years where he learned and realized the importance of good
customer relations. After moving back to Vail in 1996 he attended many art
and faux finish seminars and
training classes
where he became proficient in the techniques of Italian plaster, olde world
finishes, metallic plaster, furniture antiquing and refinishing and all
types of Faux finishes as well as any added skills needed to begin a general
painting business and soon, with Ellen's help a decorative and general
painting business - Vail
